Join us as the Mountain City Fiddlers’ Convention begins its second century—celebrating the old-time and bluegrass music that has echoed through these mountains for generations. Enjoy two days of spirited competition and unforgettable performances, where old-time music found its voice!
Please note: The convention has been moved in side the Heritage Hall Theatre!
Admission is free for spectators and this will be open seating.

Plan Your Visit
Parking will be available near Heritage Hall Square, just a short walk from the venue. Due to the possibility of inclement weather, the convention has been moved inside Heritage Hall. Admission is still free for specactors and this will be open seating. Food trucks and other vendors will be on-site throughout the convention. You’ll also be able to shop for official Mountain City Fiddlers’ Convention and The Kody Norris Show merchandise, along with merchandise from our featured performers.
All workshops are free, open to everyone, and held inside the Johnson County Senior Center - right behind Heritage Hall.
